Honduras House

Placed in the lush setting of the Caribbean, this residence embodies a collaborative study undertaken in partnership with the renowned BRRO office. Throughout this process, two distinct volumetric proposals were developed, both meticulously integrated into a flat terrain. The first conceptual alternative entails the creation of a two-story house, characterized by the harmonious overlay of two blocks, resulting in a functional volumetry that is simultaneously elegant in its simplicity. On the other hand, the second option proposes the construction of a single block at ground level, where the careful distribution of the architectural program seeks to establish a sublime integration between internal spaces and the surrounding natural environment. This approach aims not only to visually impress but also to foster a compact and refined lifestyle, aligned with contemporary demands for comfort and sophistication.
